Monthly board includes up to eight customized training sessions, allowing riders to tailor their program to their goals.
Monthly Board Includes:
- Up to eight lessons or training rides: Choose from one‑hour group lessons, half‑hour private lessons, or professional training rides to suit your horse’s needs and your riding goals.
- Premium feeding program: Hay provided four times daily and grain 2-3 times daily, with salt added as required.
- Supplement administration: Owner‑provided supplements fed daily.
- Turnout options: Individual or group turnout available based on your horse’s temperament and needs.
- Daily stall care: Thorough stall cleaning to maintain a healthy, comfortable environment.
- Blanketing and booting: Blankets and turnout boots applied as needed.
- Vet and farrier coordination: Attendance at scheduled appointments for your convenience.
- Basic first aid: Prompt, knowledgeable care for minor injuries or concerns.
- On‑site property owners: Peace of mind knowing experienced horse people are present 24/7.
- Emergency trailer access: A trailer is available 24/7 for urgent situations.
In-Barn Leasing & Part-Board

Sales & Lease Matchmaking
